The 58480 In2ition is a newer version of the 58467.
Calling it an upgrade is debatable but like its older cousin, it is incredibly convenient with its detachable wand.
The main differences with this one are the design and the shower settings: H2OKinetic, Full Body, Full Spray with Massage, Massaging, and Pause.
Their H2OKinetic Technology is simply another way the shower head is engineered to produce a spray that makes it appear

I used this shower head before I discovered the Delta. It was in one of my old houses that I use to live in which is now rented. I can tell you from experience that the shower head alone makes a tremendous improvement in your bathroom and the feeling of the aerated water is unlike no other. Several years later, the tenants can’t stop telling me how great the shower looks and feels.
